On Friday, August 24, 2007, Melba Gene Nation contacted the Caldwell Parish Sheriff's Office to report her daughter, Phillis Crockett missing. She reported hearing that Phillis had been dropped off at Pearl & Sids Convenience Store located on US Hwy 165 on the Caldwell/LaSalle Parish line.


Phillis Ann Crockett (AKA: Phillis Nation, Ann Nation):
W/F DOB: 01/13/1968, 5'6", 110 lb.
Brown hair, blue eyes, scar on left cheek



 
The last confirmed sighting of Phillis was on Tuesday, August 14, 2007, at a residence where she was living at the time, on Granny Road, East of Olla, LA, in LaSalle Parish. Phillis has not been heard from or seen since this date.
